Digestive problems are common.  When things go wrong, it generally affects our total wellbeing. Whether it's mild nausea, a nasty virus, or a chronic disorder such as irritable bowel syndrome, a disorder of the digestive tract is usually impossible to ignore. The ability to absorb diminishes with the ageing process and if we are in poor health.
