Fine Fresh Green Tea

Unfermented green tea leaves are the least processed form of tea.  The greener the tea, the fresher it is.  Teas from the spring harvest are special because it is said to be aromatic and delicious.  Newly picked and prepared green tea is separated into 6 distinct grades and rated by the quality of the leaf.  The top hand-picked and first harvested leaves are the best.  The south-eastern regions of China cultivate some of the best green teas in the world.
