Nutrivital Vitalyze - an excellent colon cleanser

Vitalyze is a formula that contains a selection of well known herbs with anti-fungal properties and bulking agents to cleanse the colon and help maintain digestive health - helps to clean the sides of the intestine.

The recommended dosage is three capsules in the morning and two with the evening meal. Removing candida from the system can be a lengthy process and obviously needs to be combined with a yeast and sugar-free diet. High glyceamic index foods such as potatoes, bananas and white rice, corn should also be avoided for maximum effectiveness.
